If you find going to a Gym to confronting, our Private Studio has a range of exercise equipment for both Strength and Cardio. Weight Loss Coach provides services in South Canberra, Tuggeranong and Queanbeyan area.
Personal Training includes:
- One-on-One Sessions in our Private Studio or at your home;
- Programs specific to your goals;
- Increased cardio fitness;
- Increased energy, stamina and endurance;
- Increased muscle strength, flexibility and Toning.
- A Home program or Travel program for you to follow on your own;
- Nutritional Guidance;
- Fitness Assessment to monitor progress on our state of the art body composition analyser; and
- Fitness Maintenance Plan.
Introductory Consultation (30 minutes)
Introductory consultation allows your trainer to assess your health, fitness and discuss with your goals.
Personal Training (45 minutes)
